Refund Policy
Note: Registration fee is non-refundable.
1) If a student cancels before the program begins, two-thirds of the School Fee paid is refundable.
2) If a student leaves the program within 15 days of beginning, half of the School Fee paid is refundable.
3) Following this 15-day period, no refund will be granted and student, parent / guardian is responsible for any outstanding payments. *Some conditions may apply.
Note: In the event of being required to leave the program because of faulty documents, failure to obey program rules, failure to attend the classes or being charged with a criminal act in Canada, no refund is provided.
* Refund appeal may be accepted if a valid reasoning is provided, such as an emergency or sickness. Forgetting to attend class or too busy with work are not valid reasons. The student must consider these factors before registering for the courses. In case of an emergency, please report it to the school immediately.
